Community Service Volunteers:

Court-Ordered Community Service Application

White Pony Express (WPE) requires all Court-Ordered Community Service Volunteers to complete the Court-Ordered Community Service Application below before beginning hours. Incomplete Applications will be declined.

  • WPE only accepts court-ordered community service volunteers with minor traffic violations (e.g. speeding, expired registration, no proof of insurance). We do not accept violations related to DUI, reckless driving, or criminal offenses.

  • Walk-ins or unscheduled volunteers are not permitted; hours will not be honored and this may disqualify you.

  • Approvals take 72 business hours. If approved, you will receive an acceptance email with instructions on how to complete your community service hours.

  • Volunteer opportunities are not guaranteed. Requests are approved case by case. WPE may decline any applicant.

To apply:

  1. Complete this Application.
  2. Wait 72 business hours for approval/denial email.
  3. If approved, you will receive an acceptance email with instructions on how to complete your community service hours.

During service:

  1. It is required to sign in and out at the beginning and end of every shift. Drop-ins will not be accepted, and hours will not be counted without prior sign-up.
  2. Missed sign-ins or sign-outs mean hours will not count.
  3. Be punctual, respectful, and follow all guidelines.
  4. Do not wait until the last minute to schedule the shifts needed to fulfill your required hours.
  5. Please allow 72 business hours for a signed service letter. Email: communityservicewpe@whiteponyexpress.org to request a signed service letter from White Pony Express.
